Publishing your book with Lumora Schlolars Publishing is simple, transparent, and author-friendly. Whether you are a first-time writer or an experienced author, our team supports you throughout the publishing journey — from manuscript submission and book design to global distribution and royalty support. Follow these easy steps to begin your publishing journey with us.
Step 1 – Register with Us
Start by filling out the registration form with your basic contact details and a short overview of your manuscript. Once your registration is received, one of our publishing consultants will contact you within 24–72 working hours to guide you through the publishing process and answer your questions.
Step 2 – Submit Your Manuscript
After selecting the most suitable publishing plan, you can submit your manuscript via email. Our editorial review team will examine the content to ensure it complies with our publishing guidelines and standards.
Once the review is completed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the approval status of your manuscript. Manuscripts that meet our publishing criteria will move to the next stage. The review process generally takes up to 24 working hours.
Step 3 – Confirm Your Publishing Plan & Payment
Once your manuscript is approved, you can proceed with the advance payment for your chosen publishing package. We offer multiple secure payment methods including UPI, NEFT, IMPS, Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Wallets, and Razorpay payment gateway.
After payment confirmation, our publishing team will schedule your project and begin the production process within 7–15 working days.
Step 4 – Dedicated Author Support
To ensure smooth communication throughout the publishing journey, our support team will create a dedicated WhatsApp group for you. This group will include members from our publishing and support departments who will provide regular updates, share proofs, and assist you until your book is successfully published.
Step 5 – Design, Formatting & Revisions
Our creative and production team will begin working on your book cover design, interior formatting, and layout setup. Draft PDFs will be shared with you for review and feedback.
We believe in collaborative publishing, so revisions will be carried out based on your suggestions until the final version is approved. Revision limits, if applicable, will depend on the publishing package selected by the author.
Step 6 – Publishing, Distribution & Royalties
Once the final print-ready files are approved by the author, your book will be processed for printing and global distribution. Your title may be made available through major online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and international distribution channels.
If complimentary author copies are included in your plan, they will be dispatched after publication. Orders are fulfilled through Print-on-Demand technology, ensuring efficient printing and delivery whenever a customer places an order.
Authors receive royalties according to their selected publishing package for every eligible book sale.
Must know the timeline before the book publishing process-
The entire process of book publishing from DTP work to publishing usually takes 30 to 45 working days. At times, publishing may take longer due to delay in getting approval from the author.
Also, book publishing may take longer due to the following reasons-
If the interior pages of the author’s book include Images / Tables / Graphs / Illustrations or special formatting then the publishing time including the interior layout work of the author’s book is likely to take longer. When interior pages include Images / Tables / Graphs / Illustrations or special formatting, the layout work usually takes at least 30-60 working days.
Additionally, cover design work takes a minimum of 10 working days and a maximum of 30 working days. If you are short of time to publish your book, you can look for another publisher. Whereas the interior layout work of a book having only running text matter takes about 15-25 working days.
Sometimes, due to the workload at the publishing house, the interior layout and cover design work may take more time, but our team members always tries to publish the author’s book as soon as possible.
If you do not have patience and time, then do not contact our publication to get your book published.
